We want you to be completely satisfied with your new home decor items. If you are unsatisfied with your new purchase, please call us at (772) 216-2953, or email us. We will accept returns up to 30 days from the arrival date of your product. Customer pays return shipping on items being returned due to non defects. Items that are damaged or defective, will be picked up by our shipping carrier and paid for by Tropical Wall Art. Please package items in the original box used in shipping your product. Credit will be applied back to your CC. Our Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Shipping costs is the amount we are charged by freight company, Fed Ex, UPS, USPS.  Not the $9.99 flat fee we charge on each order. Items damaged in return shipping are nonrefundable and must be taken up with your shipper.

Shipping is $9.99 per order, with a shipping address in the lower 48 states (USA).

Shipping will be Federal Express (FedEx) Ground or United States Postal (USPS), from our warehouse. Merchandise should arrive 5-7 days after you place your order online. FedEx ground makes deliveries on Saturdays.

For faster shipping, we use Federal Express (FedEx) Air.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico orders, extra shipping costs will apply. We will email you shipping costs before charging your Credit Card. You can then approve or cancel your order.

I love them! Lost Tiki Lounge CA715 has so much going on that you don't get from the picture on the website. I love the cat on the bar, the pineapple and two drinks on the bar and the pig running around near one of the bar stools. The "lighted" Tiki's are also special and the bbq grill adds a special touch. What a beautiful piece this Cattleya Orchid (CA187NAT) is! The detail in the petals as well as the "moss" on the branches really adds to the demension of the wall art. The colors are true to the picture and very realistic. Allthough it is listed as "out of stock", you can contact the owner of the store and he will attempt to make arrangements to have one made for you, as he did for me. Well worth the wait. I got tired of having to buy new wreaths for my front door...so I decided to get something light and colorful in metal and attach it with super strong tiny 'bullet magnets'...your piece is STUNNING in fact my only worry is that someone seeing it from the street will snatch it.
